Spring Concerts

The YPAC was filled with the sounds of music last night, wonderfully created by the 5th and 6th Grade Bands, the 6th Grade Jazz Choir, and the 5th and 6th Grade Chorus.

The 5th grade band played Mr. C.'s composition Let it Begin to perfection; both bands performed sophisticated pieces well above their grade levels with the polish and finesse of older students.

The choir and chorus transformed the stage into a rain forest with their sparkling rendition of O Sifuni Mungu. The audience loved every note of the Sound of Music medley, which showcased the students' perfectly blended voices.

Special thanks to Mr. Dustin for everything he does to support music in our district.

To Mrs. Grover and Mr. C., our students continue to shine under your expert direction, guidance, and care. Thank you for an amazing evening of music!

The HMS Symphonic Band, HMS Jazz Choir, and 7th and 8th Grade Chorus showcased all that they've accomplished this year in an exuberant concert that featured moving farewells to our 8th graders.

Mr. C.'s piece, A Call for Peace, was a perfect fit for the Symphonic Band. They played this beautiful music with passion and finesse. The audience and our 8th graders were amazed and touched by the film that highlighted their work as 4th grade band students!

The choirs' emotional performances included an incredible Queen medley, complete with costumes, and dance moves, along with a stirring performance of Hallelujah, the 8th graders farewell song.

Mr. Brann and our students thanked and honored Mrs. Grover and Mr. C. for all they do.

Thank you to Mr. Dustin, Nick Prato, Colin Prato, and Ethan Hunt for their support last night.
Mrs. Grover, and Mr. C., the evening underscored the hard work and commitment necessary to achieve outstanding results-thank you!
